Return your order to us within 30 days of when the order was shipped and we’ll process a credit back to your account. After 30 days we will charge a 15% restocking fee. Purchases over 1 year are not eligible for return.

- All returns must include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days after being issued.
- Products must be in new/sellable and uninstalled condition.
- Individual pieces from kits, units or other multi packages are not returnable.
- Products must be secure and properly placed in original packaging.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping charges (unless deemed warranty).
- Total annual product returns may not exceed 10% of rolling 12-month purchases.
- Special order (R&R, XMISC) and discontinued products are not returnable.
- Products ordered as part of a special or promo will require offsetting orders.
- A credit to use towards a future purchase will be issued to the customer account within 2-3 business days of receiving the package. Checks will not be issued for returns.
