Leadership Hy-Cap

One of the ways Hy-Capacity invests in its employees is through our Leadership Hy-Cap program. Over the last ten months, 20 Hy-Capacity employees met once a month to develop skills that they could use both at work and home.
The Leadership Hy-Cap training sessions were led by speaker and workplace trainer, Brenda Clark Hamilton. Brenda taught on subjects such as Mental Strength, Resiliency, & Grit, Communication Excellence, Servant Leadership, and much more. Thank you, Brenda, for helping this group grow and learn! Yesterday was their final training session and graduation from Leadership Hy-Cap. We celebrated with a graduation ceremony witnessed by all our Hy-Capacity employees and lunch catered by Humboldt Hy-Vee. It was a great time!
