Hy-Capacity is a U.S.-based agricultural parts manufacturer and distributor serving equipment dealers, repair shops, and farm operations across the United States.

We specialize in high-quality aftermarket and genuine replacement parts for agricultural equipment and are committed to building long-term, service-driven dealer partnerships.

Dealer Application & Account Activation Process

1. Submit the Application: Complete the Dealer Application Form below with all required information
2. Receive Temporary Credentials: Once reviewed, an email will be sent with temporary login credentials
3. Place Opening Order: Qualifying order of $1,000 or more must be placed within 7 days
   • Minimum excludes core charges & shipping. Must be paid by credit card.
4. Account Activation: Upon shipment of your opening order, permanent account credentials will be issued via email

Annual Purchase Requirement

To maintain active Hy-Capacity Dealer status:

• Dealers must purchase a minimum of $1,000 per calendar year

• Accounts that do not meet the annual minimum will be closed the following year

• A new application will be required to reinstate Dealer status

Our goal is to protect the strength and integrity of our Dealer network while ensuring proper market support.

• Hy-Capacity reserves the right to approve or deny Dealer applications based on business type, market alignment, and existing Dealer network coverage
