Track Your Orders with Ease

Wondering where your order is? We've made it simple to track your shipments anytime. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can also find it in your Order History when logged into your My Account.

 

How to Track Your Order:

  1. Check Your Email – Your tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships
  2. Log In to My Account – Visit your Order History and click "Track It" to see real-time updates, as shown below

Make Sure the Right People Get Order Updates

Need multiple team members to receive order confirmation emails? You can easily add additional contacts to your account so everyone stays in the loop.

 

How to Opt In Additional Contacts:

  1. Log In to My Account – Click on the Contacts tab
  2. Add a Contact – Enter the name and email of the person who needs order updates
  3. Opt In – In the Actions column, select "Edit". Check the box at the bottom that says "Receive Confirmation Email?" (as shown) then select "Update"
