What Makes Hy-Capacity Hydraulic Pumps so Great

Everyone knows how important hydraulics are. And having an up to spec Hydraulic Pump in your arsenal will give you the reliability you need and peace of mind that everything is working the way it should. All Hy-Capacity Hydraulic Pumps are tested and set to OEM specs at our plant in Humboldt, Iowa.

So, what makes Hy-Capacity's John Deere Hydraulic Pumps so great?

Well, there are few reasons…

1. Both our New and Reman Hydraulic Pumps are flow rated at operating temperature for a minimum of 30 minutes.

Our flow rating process shows us how our Hydraulic Pumps are going to function in your tractor, so we can get you a great product the first time around.

2. Reman Piston Housings are magnafluxed to identify cracks

No need to worry with a Hy-Capacity Hydraulic Pump, our magnafluxing process identifies cracks to prevent imperfections.

3. The Pumps are set to OEM standby pressure

We operate at a high standard so they meet OEM specifications.

4.Each Hydraulic Pump is assigned a build serial number

We use serial numbers to keep track of when our Hydraulic Pumps are built and what parts go into them. Our Hydraulic Pumps can be rebuilt using OE parts!

Here’s a look at how our Hydraulic Pumps are tested:

Now that you know Hy-Capacity's Hydraulic Pumps are the best, how do you find which one you need?
