For evaluation all Warranty Claim Parts must be returned to: Hy-Capacity, Inc. 1404 13th Street South Humboldt, IA 50548

Warranty Coverage is given for failures due to defects in materials or workmanship and does not cover failures due to unauthorized modifications, such as over ballasting and over fueling, or tractor pulling contests. Warranty Coverage is extended to the installing purchaser for the part purchased. The warranty period is determined by the date of original installation and the current Hy-Capacity warranty policy in effect at the time of installation.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. Warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are excluded, as are all other representations to the user - purchaser and all other obligations or liabilities including liability for incidental and consequential damages on the part of the company or seller. All parts must have an RMA number and proper paperwork at time of return. RMA numbers may be obtained on our website or by calling an Inside Sales Agent.

Restocking Fees
A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all merchandise received up to 120 days after invoice date.
Merchandise returned 120 days - 2 years after invoice date will receive a 15% restocking charge.
Over 2 years after the invoice date a 50% restocking fee will be charged.
Merchandise returned without an RMA will be subject to an additional 10% restocking fee.

Step One: Process Your Return
  • Please read our Return Policy.
  • Fill out the Return Merchandise Authorization form below.
  • Please include the original Sales Order or Web Order number.
    If you are having trouble locating either of these numbers.
    please call our Inside Sales Department at 1-800-247-1824.
  • Choose how you will be returning the product.
  • Click the "Send Request" button.
  • Print your RMA Confirmation by clicking the large "Print" button at the top of the page.
    This confirmation must be taped to the outside of the package.
Step Two: Your Shipping Box
  • You can use the original box you received, or any plain, unmarked
    cardboard box to ship your return.
  • If there are any existing shipping labels, stickers, or other materials
    on the shipping box from previous shipments, please remove them.
  • Attach your RMA Conformation to the outside of the box.
We'll take care of the rest for you!
Once we have received and inspected your return a credit will be issued
and you will receive an email confirmation that your return is completed.
